Great location in the heart of the city, just minutes away from the main pedestrian street. The rooms are spacious and offer a lot of space to move around. , the huge TV in the room was a nice bonus.
The bed was not very comfortable, with a small blanket that didn't provide enough warmth. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from the street and other guests.

Go out of the pension, turn right and climb the staircase. You will find yourself in a pedestrian alley packed with street cafe. And Belgrade's main thoroughfare, Knez Mihail, is only one block away. Rooms are amazingly spacious. Cold breakfast is served in the hall on your floor and includes cereals, salat, fruits, cheese, salami, ham, jam and a cup of really good coffee. The reception works till 9 pm only, but you get a key from the entrance and can return when you wish. The staff is very helpful, nice, polite and speaks good English.
The property needs a serious refurbishment. It looks like the walls were not painted for years, and the carpet on the floor is dirty and stained. Retro furniture and brass lamps would look nice if they were not just worn out. The same with the exterior of the building itself, once a prime private property in the top location, but now dirty and delapidated, just as other buildings around. Each bathroom has its own water heating device, and you have to adjust the temperature and the flow before you enter the shower. Air conditioner is too small for a large room.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with everything spotlessly clean. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and served at a time of our choosing. the location was fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city center. It was also great to have the option to pick our own breakfast time.
There were a couple of minor negatives. the WiFi signal was a bit weak and unreliable at times, which made it a bit frustrating to stay connected.

Excellent central location, Extremly friendly and helpeful staff, Excellent quality of the breakfast, Very confortable and big room/bathroom, King size bath tub:-)
I had booked a "business apartment" but was given the "Classic apartment" upon arrival without any explanation and for the same price (!). I did not complain since the classic apartment was also fine but it is something that should be noted.

The personal service from the staff was just excellent. There is just 8 rooms so it feels really familiar.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, just a few minutes away from the bustling Mihailova street. Being in such a prime location, we were able to easily explore the city and take in all the sights. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and attentive, always making sure that our needs were met. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities, including a comfortable king-sized bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms had been recently renovated, giving them a modern yet cozy feel. Furthermore, the prices were very reasonable, providing great value for money. Finally, the breakfast served at this hotel was delicious, and we enjoyed starting our day with a satisfying meal.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I booked this hotel primarily because of its high rating. After having stayed there I can confirm that all the positive reviews are not "just coincidence"...I am extremely satisfied with how polite and helpful the hotel staff was! I am more than certain that the value for money this hotel offers can not be beaten. I fully recommend it to anyone that is going to visit Belgrade...its central, offers very good comfort and sleep, complemented by good breakfast and extremely friendly staff.

The location is perfect, a minute from main shopping street, you can get practically anywhere in town from Republic Square, also 1 min from hotel. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful; they know a lot about the sights and nightlife, if they don't, they ask someone for you. Breakfast: plenty of food, freshly made. Very big room and a very cozy bed. Don't be discouraged by the hotel's exterior, inside looks much much better. Arrange airport transfer through the hotel, much cheaper than taking a taxi from the airport. Perfect value for your money - we will definitely be coming back!
There is a parking garage next to the hotel, sometimes there are alarms heard, not too bad though.
